I've been sick for two weeks, since getting back from our Thanksgiving trip. I think I have a sinus infection. So for the past two weeks, I have only done what I absolutely must. Other than that, I've passed the days resting, popping tylenol, watching every Jane Austen movie I own, and trying to keep up with the kids. Almost nothing else. Except cleaning the house.
Bentley is really active and into everything. He runs from room to room, climbs everywhere, has figured out how to push a chair over to the counter to get what he wants, and is basically just destructive. I feel like I just follow him around, cleaning up the debris. Emersen has been pretty good except that she keeps having potty accidents lately. Daniel is SO CLOSE to being done with the semester. Thank goodness. And the Kiera Knightley version of "Pride and Prejudice" is highly insufficient. I don't know if I can ever watch it again. My mistake was watching it immediately following the BBC version. Oh, Colin Firth, you delight me in my miserable, sickly state!
Well, now that there are only two weeks until Christmas, I've decided to hop off the couch and kick it into gear, whether I feel like it or not. I'm determined to enjoy this season even if I have to go through three more boxes of Kleenex. I'm pretty much done with my shopping, but it's all sitting in a pile and I have some projects yet to finish. I have insurance stuff to attend to, primary schedules to update, Christmas parties to attend, a wedding outfit to find, children and husband to feed, holiday movies to watch, photos to upload, blog to update, tot school activities to prepare, and games to play. We'll see how far I get . . .

so sorry you've been sick for so long! That is the worst!! But what a great excuse to immerse yourself in Jane Austen land. ;) The Kiera Knightly version of Pride & Prejudice is not allowed in my house. BBC all the way!! Good luck with all the projects.
I want an update! Did you kick the sinus infection? I hate being sick during this season. And just know you weren't alone in your sickness...I've had a nasty cold for the past two weeks. Oh, and book club for January is Pride and Prejudice, so I can finally talk to you about your favorite book - or it used to be. haha. Hope your Christmas was great!
