The kids had fun helping us decorate for Christmas. I put aside my OCD and let Emersen decorate the small trees by the front door all by herself. I love what she came up with.
Bentley was mostly interested in the ladder.
We kept things a little more simple this year. Since rearranging, we didn't have a good place for the village or nativities. But we got the main things up. Notice my striped curtains? I was asked a few times if I keep them up all year. They aren't seasonal, but they do look great framing the tree.
I have never been very happy with my shelf decor, but this year actually wasn't bad!
All that work made me tired too!
